It was a pretty crazy experience and very intense, especially at the end. But, honestly, I thought it was going to be much worse. Sara did great and I'm very proud of her.
My role was pretty much like the sprinter in a bike race. I did nothing the whole time and then finished it off by cutting the umbilical cord, the most important part.
So, life changed.

Will you be attempting the hour record anytime soon? It's not that big of a deal. It only takes an hour.

We pronounce it MEE-CO but MI-CO with the 'I' like 'icky' is common in other parts of the world. No hour record. I'll stick to local time trials for now.
